Job Position: Customer Service Assistant
Job Description:
1. Responsible for carrying out back office support for the company’s CSP’s globally. Work on activities from all geographies and be required to work in a structured and efficient fashion.
2. Must be able to effectively act as a primary backup for another team member and show initiative to help others.
3. Sustained performance needs to be demonstrated.
These will be CSA roles providing support for all geographies.
Activities will include but not be limited to the following
- Order Changes
- Pricing Entry
- Delivery Date updates
- Report creation and distribution
- Order Validation
- Credits Debits & Returns processing
- Customer Portal Access
Job Requirement:
1. Graduate with 2 years customer service experience.
2. Basic computer (email, internet, windows and MS office)
3. Effective verbal and written communications
Use active listening skills
Use language and terminology appropriate to the audience
Be competent in English and Korean – both written and verbal
