- Ability to understand a customer speaking and write it down in Korean correctly.
- Skill to use PC tools following with a proper procedure.
- Basic knowledge of computer products and technical terminology.
- A willingness to co-operate with colleagues as one team in order to achieve one goal.
- Characters and personality: positive, flexible, bright, patient and common touch
- The first Korean authorization class is acquired.
